Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for flawless execution of projects.
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Develop the aims and objectives of the projects, involving all interested parties and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensuring the availability and allocation of resources.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress.
- Create and maintain complete project documentation.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes to the scope, timing and cost of the project.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Report and report to management if necessary.
- Partially manage the relationship with the customer and with all interested parties.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Achieve financial goals by predicting requirements, preparing an annual budget, planning expenses, analyzing changes and initiating corrective actions.
Fundamental Requirements
- Esperienza come project manager nel campo delle agenzie di comunicazione/marketing.
- Background digitale, con comprensione o esperienza pratica nello sviluppo di software e tecnologie web
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione interna e con il cliente, capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale.
- Forti capacità organizzative, inclusa l’attenzione ai dettagli e la capacità di lavorare in più parti.
- Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti di produttività.
- Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese e dell’italiano.
- Experience as a project manager in the field of communication / marketing agencies.
- Digital background, with understanding or practical experience in software and web technology development
- Excellent internal and client communication skills, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to work in multiple parts.
- Excellent knowledge of productivity tools.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.
Nice to have
- English certified at C1 or C2 level
- Knowledge of the main project management software
