She is the soul of the project, the guarantor of tradition, the one who knows the recipes and knows how to manipulate raw materials with skill. It has a vintage but cosmopolitan allure, and comes from the same old school world from which the brand logo comes: Emilia is a grandmother in her prime, a woman who has dedicated her life to yeast and flour and who – after so many years – enjoying the success of his recipes.
