Forno Emilia is a 100% made in Italy project, created to bring the great Italian tradition of baking abroad, through quality products slowly leavened, according to ancient recipes and techniques. Forno Emilia is the Italian spirit that becomes food, it is the place where a smile, a slice of pizza or a sandwich is not denied to anyone. Founded in 2016, the project is currently present in Italy, Portugal and the UK and is starting a production line to enter the large-scale distribution with slaughtered bakery products and gourmet pizzas.

Emilia is the one behind the recipes and ideas that make Forno Emilia a bulwark of Italian street food abroad. She is the soul of the project, the guarantor of tradition, the one who knows the recipes and knows how to manipulate raw materials with skill. It has a vintage but cosmopolitan allure, and comes from the same old school world from which the brand logo comes: Emilia is a grandmother in her prime, a woman who has dedicated her life to yeast and flour and who – after so many years – enjoying the success of his recipes.
